• A grommet mount is NOT included with LX arms 45-491-216, 45-492-216, 45-492-224, 45-537-216, 45-537-224. This kit must be ordered if grommet mounting is planned
• A grommet mount is included with LX arms 45-245-026, 45-245-224, 45-248-026 and 45-295-026. This kit can serve as a replacement
