Shipping & Security
At Rackfinity, nearly all of our products can be shipped to almost anywhere in the world. Please be aware, however, that there are some restrictions and international shipping may not be available in all instances.
All residential deliveries must be shipped to the credit card billing and IP address (a confirmed address), this is for the buyers protection. Confirmed addresses help guard against stolen credit cards and identity theft, all transactions are reviewed by www.nofraud.com, please contact us with any questions.
All shipments may require a signature for delivery acceptance, please verify with us if a signature is not required prior to processing your order.
Please be advised that, in most cases, shipping costs are estimated based on weight of the item(s) being shipped. Some larger scale solutions including mid-range servers, technical furniture, racks, and server cabinets require LTL freight which is based off dimensional weight. Freight shipments are dock to dock only. Additional freight charges will incur if a lift gate, limited access, residential, inside delivery, or any other specialized instructions are required. We ask that thoroughly detailed delivery information be provided.
All items sold are either New or Factory Refurbished and will include a Manufacturer’s Warranty. The OEM can provide additional warranty details, product specifications, and technical support. Should you require any further information or support, please feel free to contact us.
Return Policy
Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, all open returned merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%, however certain products may have a Zero return policy that will be listed under "Terms and Condition” on any particular product pages that may apply to, the item(s) will have an original manufacturer warranty and tech support. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges, including the original shipment and return freight cost. If you received an incorrect or defective item, Rackfinity will assume any and all shipping costs as a result of such an error. When an item is returned, you can expect to be refunded within four weeks of the return date depending on payment method.
Though most of our customers are completely satisfied with their items, if you do require a return, please contact us immediately and provide us with the order number and details of the item you would like to return. We will provide you with RMA instructions.
